This striking ring is made from sterling silver and 14k gold. It features a hand cut Kingman turquoise from the Kingman mines in Arizona, and three natural SI2 diamonds, each set in 14k gold bezels. It is currently a size 7.5, but can be sized to whatever size you need it to be.
